UVLED固化机的散热问题一直是UVLED固化机发展的一个重要问题，UVLED固化机在工作过程中只有20%-30%左右的能量转化为光能，还有70%-80%左右的能量都会转化为热能。如果这些热量不能及时有效的散发，将会对UVLED灯珠寿命和辐照强度有大的影响。
UVLED固化机目主要有水冷和风冷两种类型，水冷方式是通过热对流的方式，通过循环的冷却水，将灯珠基板上的温度带走，从而达到冷却的效果。风冷即通过散热器，风扇的方式降低基板温度。这两种散热方式也是行业内主流的散热方式。
目针对风冷散热方式装置增加运用一种新型制冷降温冷气机，通过压缩机制冷降温将自然风冷气后输送到UV隧道炉冷却，比传统单靠风机散热器降温效果好，有效提高产品生产效率。
冷风机产品介绍
1、QX-AR系列风冷工业冷风机压缩机采用松下、谷轮、丹佛斯等品牌涡漩压缩机，质量稳定、高效节能；
2、产品针对工业应用特点设计，内置大风量送机（可选不锈钢扇叶风机），使用为方便；
3、外转子散热大风量轴流风扇，金属扇叶坚固可靠，不变形及老化，更适应工业的高负荷应用；
4、多风扇设计，更能适应低温运行；在低环境温度下通过自动控制散热风扇启停，能使机组在更低的环境温度下运行，并且有更好的节能效果；
5、微电脑LED数显控制器，具备温度显示、设定温度、自动调节出风温度及压缩机延时保护功能；选用品牌接触器、继电器等电器元件；
6、配备完善的指示灯、开关，操作一目了然。
7、多压缩机设计能适应不同负荷的要求，压缩机能大限度在满负荷下运行，有效延长压缩机的使用寿命并更使机组更高效地运行；
8、独有的模块式设计，每台压缩机的系统完全独立，即使一个系统出现问题，亦不会影响其它系统的正常工作；
9、机组冷量 5.4kw至139kw ,冷冻出风由5至30℃。
