UVLED固化机的散热问题一直是UVLED固化机发展的一个重要问题，UVLED固化机在工作过程中只有20%-30%左右的能量转化为光能，还有70%-80%左右的能量都会转化为热能。如果这些热量不能及时有效的散发，将会对UVLED灯珠寿命和辐照强度有大的影响。
UVLED固化机目主要有水冷和风冷两种类型，水冷方式是通过热对流的方式，通过循环的冷却水，将灯珠基板上的温度带走，从而达到冷却的效果。风冷即通过散热器，风扇的方式降低基板温度。这两种散热方式也是行业内主流的散热方式。
目针对风冷散热方式装置增加运用一种新型制冷降温冷气机，通过压缩机制冷降温将自然风冷气后输送到UV隧道炉冷却，比传统单靠风机散热器降温效果好，有效提高产品生产效率。
风冷式冷风机介绍：
1.一体风冷式精密冷风机具有体积小、安装使用方便、在室内可任意移动等特点。因压缩机、送风机、温控表、压力控制等使用的是品牌部件，所以稳定性高，噪声低，蒸发器采用铝翅片套铜管。
2.这类机型被广泛地用于UV固化灯、波峰焊、回流焊、吹膜设备、造粒机设备、船厂岗位、隧道桥墩岗位、粉碎机设备等需空气冷却工作设备，以及医疗仪器、实验数据测试中。
