工业冷气冷风机原理
工业冷气冷风机一般都是采用机械压缩式的制冷装置，其基本的元件共有四件：压缩机、蒸发器、冷凝器和节流装置，四者是相通的，其中充灌着制冷剂（又称制冷工质）。压缩机象一颗奔腾的心脏使得制冷剂如血液一样在空调器中连续不断的流动，实现对空间或高温设备温度进行调节。
制冷剂通常以几种形态存在：液态、气态和气液混合物。在这几种状态互相转化中，会造成热量的吸收和散发，从而引起外界环境温度的变化。在从气态向液态转化的过程，称为液化，会放出热量；反之，从液态向气态转化的过程，叫做汽化（包括蒸发和沸腾）要从外界吸收热量。
先，低压的气态制冷剂被吸入压缩机，被压缩成高温高压的气体；而后，气态制冷剂流到室外的冷凝器，在向室外散热过程中，逐渐冷凝成高压液体；接着，通过节流装置降压（同时也降温）又变成低温低压的气液混合物。此时，气液混合的制冷剂就可以发挥空调制冷的“威力”了：它进入蒸发器，通过吸收室内空气中的热量而不断汽化，这样，房间或高温设备的温度降低了，它也又变成了低压气体，重新进入了压缩机。如此循环往复，工业冷气冷风机就可以连续不断的运转工作了。
风冷式冷风机
1、优化外型，比同类产品体积更小、功能更全、易于操作的控制面板使用更方便。
2、压缩机采用谷轮，松下，美优乐等品牌压缩机，质量可靠、高效节能；
3、配合热力膨胀阀（毛细管）、干燥过滤器、高低压力开关等制冷元件，能有效发挥压缩机的制冷性能及保护压缩机安全可靠运行；
4、产品针对工业应用特点设计，内置循环冷冻送风机无需外置吸风机，使用为方便；可定做不锈钢风机壳和扇叶，有效防止生锈；
5、冷凝器采用铜管穿铝翅片，进风口设有可清洗空气过滤器，预防因冷凝器脏堵而出现的各种问题，如：压力过高，机组制冷能力下降、耗电量增加、压缩机使用寿命缩短等问题；
6、外转子大风量轴流散热风扇，金属扇叶坚固可靠，不变形及老化，更适应工业的高负荷应用；
7、微电脑数显控制器，具备温度显示、设定温度、自动调节出风温度及压缩机延时保护功能；
8、进口选用接触器、继电器等电器元件；配备完善的指示灯、开关，操作一目了然。
9、机组冷量范围由5.4kw至168kw(1,1548-12,900KCAL/H),冷冻出风温度范围由5至30℃。
