空调冷风机的制冷原理是空调冷风机在通电后，制冷系统内制冷剂的低压蒸汽被压缩机吸入并压缩为高压蒸汽后排至冷凝器，同时轴流风扇吸入的空气流经冷凝器，带走制冷剂放出的热量，使高压制冷剂蒸汽凝结为高压液体，高压液体经过过滤器、节流机构后喷入蒸发器，并在相应的低压下蒸发，吸取周围的热量。同时贯流风扇使空气不断进入蒸发器的肋片间进行热交换，并将放热后变冷的空气送向室内或高温设备冷却，这样使室内或高温设备的空气不断地循环，从而到达降低温度的作用。
空调冷风机实际上是“空气调节”的简称，是指把经过处理的空气，以一定的方式送入室内或高温设备冷却，使室内或高温设备的温度、湿度等都控制在需要范围内。它不仅为人们生活和停留的场所提供了舒适的温度条件，随着工业发展和科学技术的进步，其技术已经在国民经济的各个域（如国防、交通、化工、机械制造、航空、仪表、电子、塑胶 造粒机 吹膜机、粉碎机 磨粉、实验、军事国防、军工、野外军训、医药、食品工业、农业等）得到了大的应用和普及，成为促进生产发展，提高工艺水平及完善科学研究的重要条件。

6、配备完善的指示灯、开关，操作一目了然。
7、多压缩机设计能适应不同负荷的要求，压缩机能大限度在满负荷下运行，有效延长压缩机的使用寿命并更使机组更高效地运行；
8、独有的模块式设计，每台压缩机的系统完全独立，即使一个系统出现问题，亦不会影响其它系统的正常工作；
9、机组冷量 5.4kw至139kw ,冷冻出风由2至30℃。
