冷风机恒温介绍：
实用新型的冷风机目的在于提供一种高真空烤箱降温装置冷风机，真空烤箱装置包括烤箱主体、高真空泵机组、冷风机机组。
真空烤箱的风冷降温系统，快速降低真空烤箱夹层的温度，从而快速降低腔体内的温度，本系统加工工艺简单，操作方便，降温效果好，容易运输，高能效，资源浪费少。沿气流方向依次设置回风管道、风冷机组和出风管道；回风管道与真空烤箱夹层的出风口连接，并设有密封阀门；风冷机组沿气流方向包括冷凝系统、鼓风系统；出风管道与真空烤箱夹层的进风口连接。通过提高烘烤过程中的真空度，使原来的相对真空状态烘烤提升到真空状态烘烤，使所烘烤的电芯或片产品在高真空状态和恒温状态下更快除去水分结晶体，利用内外双运风和双加热相结合使每一个被烘烤的产品能达到所需要的工艺恒温温度值。
水冷式冷风机组介绍：
1、主机精选美日全新进口品牌压缩机，内置功能保护，噪音低，省电耐用。
2、电器部分均为品牌“施耐德”原厂产品，保证机器工作稳定，寿命长久。
3、选用优质风机，并且经过科学选型，因此风机效率高，噪音低，性能稳定，可保证风量和压头，常规长期运行不用添加润滑油。

6、工业用冷风机水冷机组冷凝器采用套管式或壳管式，内为螺纹铜管，设计合理，换热好；风冷机组散热冷排由翅片加上行列铜管组成，制造时采用二次翻边翅片机械涨管工艺和先进换热器生产线，保证优质稳定
7、工业用冷风机采用静电喷塑外壳，欧化设计，美观大方，外表板采用快速拆装形式，方便使用和维护。
