冷风机恒温介绍：
实用新型的冷风机目的在于提供一种高真空烤箱降温装置冷风机，真空烤箱装置包括烤箱主体、高真空泵机组、冷风机机组。
真空烤箱的风冷降温系统，快速降低真空烤箱夹层的温度，从而快速降低腔体内的温度，本系统加工工艺简单，操作方便，降温效果好，容易运输，高能效，资源浪费少。沿气流方向依次设置回风管道、风冷机组和出风管道；回风管道与真空烤箱夹层的出风口连接，并设有密封阀门；风冷机组沿气流方向包括冷凝系统、鼓风系统；出风管道与真空烤箱夹层的进风口连接。通过提高烘烤过程中的真空度，使原来的相对真空状态烘烤提升到真空状态烘烤，使所烘烤的电芯或片产品在高真空状态和恒温状态下更快除去水分结晶体，利用内外双运风和双加热相结合使每一个被烘烤的产品能达到所需要的工艺恒温温度值。
冷风机产品介绍:
1、采用用的送风机，采用业设计的二或多冷却系统，出风温度在-20℃～15℃，防结冰、防潮湿、耐低温、风量大、噪声低、运转平稳，适用多种机械设备冷却。
2、多种融霜方式可供选择，融霜时间短，采用电热化霜型带双重过热保护，可以减少化霜引起的温度回升和节省化霜的能耗；
3、全防水防腐壳体设计，采用防氧化气体保护焊接工艺，系统内清洁度高，热交换器业布置，以减小风侧阻力，接触热阻小，传热效率稳定；
4、系统经优化设计而成，设备具有高能效比，出风长射程业设计，与同类产品相比具有低能耗，送风距离远的特点；
