塑胶造粒冷风机
QX-AR压缩制冷冷风机系列使用在塑料风冷热切造粒机，主要用于PVC树脂及再生塑料和热塑性塑料的造粒、色母料及填充料的造粒设备冷气降温。
技术冷却要求：
塑料工业中，为满足特定的需求，需要得到成型一致的颗粒状塑料制品，将塑料原料经过粉碎、热处理、成型和切割后得到所谓的塑料颗粒。工程塑料的造粒机方便进行生产，在使用是，需要保证颗粒质量的均匀一致性。现有的工程造粒机，在挤压成型和切割过程中不易形成质量均匀一致的颗粒。
采用新款冷风机冷却：
1、针对现有技术中存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种风冷造粒机，可以解决现有技术中所存在的噪声大、冷却效果不好、易受到灰尘的干扰等问题。
2、本实用新型提供一种风冷冷风机造粒机，包括挤出模头，所述挤出模头的一端连接进料筒，另一端同轴连接旋转切刀，所述挤出模头和旋转切刀均设置于壳体内部，所述壳体的外部还设置有冷风机，所述冷风机的送风口处于壳体的内部。
冷风机组介绍：
1、主机精选美日全新进口品牌压缩机，内置功能保护，噪音低，省电耐用。

6、工业用冷风机水冷机组冷凝器采用套管式或壳管式，内为螺纹铜管，设计合理，换热好；风冷机组散热冷排由翅片加上行列铜管组成，制造时采用二次翻边翅片机械涨管工艺和先进换热器生产线，保证优质稳定
7、工业用冷风机采用静电喷塑外壳，欧化设计，美观大方，外表板采用快速拆装形式，方便使用和维护。
