塑胶造粒冷风机
QX-AR压缩制冷冷风机系列使用在塑料风冷热切造粒机，主要用于PVC树脂及再生塑料和热塑性塑料的造粒、色母料及填充料的造粒设备冷气降温。
技术冷却要求：
塑料工业中，为满足特定的需求，需要得到成型一致的颗粒状塑料制品，将塑料原料经过粉碎、热处理、成型和切割后得到所谓的塑料颗粒。工程塑料的造粒机方便进行生产，在使用是，需要保证颗粒质量的均匀一致性。现有的工程造粒机，在挤压成型和切割过程中不易形成质量均匀一致的颗粒。
采用新款冷风机冷却：
1、针对现有技术中存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种风冷造粒机，可以解决现有技术中所存在的噪声大、冷却效果不好、易受到灰尘的干扰等问题。
2、本实用新型提供一种风冷冷风机造粒机，包括挤出模头，所述挤出模头的一端连接进料筒，另一端同轴连接旋转切刀，所述挤出模头和旋转切刀均设置于壳体内部，所述壳体的外部还设置有冷风机，所述冷风机的送风口处于壳体的内部。
冷风机介绍：
1.免装冷却水塔，安装容易，移动方便，适合于水源缺乏免装冷却水塔场合。
2.低噪音风机马达，优良的冷却冷凝，稳定节流机构，优异的防锈处理。
3.采用欧美高性能压缩机，高EER值，噪声低，运行稳。
4.风机选用进口优质风机，并且经过科学选型，以及采用电脑选型软件，因此风机效率高，性能稳定，可保证风量和压头，风机轴承采用锂基润滑脂，常规长期运行不用添加润滑油
5.采用风冷式冷凝器，换热器采用铜管套铝翅片，铜管为等边叉排布置，铝翅片为双曲波纹形，管孔经二次翻边，通过机械涨管，是铜管和翅片紧密接触，因此具有传热好，空气阻力小，易于风冷式工业冷风机结构采用组合式钣金结构，方便维修以及内部清理，。配合优质的冷凝风扇，风量大、噪音小。
6.风冷式工业冷风机结构采用组合式钣金结构，方便维修以及内部清理，根据冷凝风扇的出风方向，科学地在钣金上冲散热孔，具有散热和美观机器的作用。
