锂电池是一类由锂金属或锂合金为负材料、使用非水电解质溶液的电池。由于锂金属的化学特性非常活泼，使得锂金属的加工、保存和使用对环境要求非常高。所以，锂电池长期没有得到应用。随着科学技术的发展，现在锂电池已经成为了主流，锂电池大致可分为两类：锂金属电池和锂离子电池。
新款冷水机锂电池搅拌机冷却生产技术域，尤其涉及一种锂电池生产用搅拌机产生发热量较大时使用冷水机降温效果明显，在电池生产过程中搅拌机温度不断升高，急需用到冷水机降温冷却，提高了原料制作效率。
1、桶体底部带夹套增加了冷却或加热面积；
2、桶体导流板经立车加工后再把外夹套包上,外夹套与导流板之间无缝隙,冷却或加热介质强制通过桶底冷却后顺着导流板的螺旋方向流动,使整个桶身及桶底冷却或加热均匀,加热及冷却速度提高。
冷却机(冷水机）介绍
QX系列冷水机主要由压缩机、冷凝器、热力膨胀阀和蒸发器四大部件组成，采用单蒸气压缩制冷系统，利用制冷剂的气液相互转换，吸收和释放热量的原理，达到制冷的效果。
QX系列开机后
（1）压缩机开始工作，制冷剂在压缩机的压缩作用下变成高压高温气体，往排气侧的方向循环；在循环过程，高压高温的制冷剂气体通过冷凝器
（2），与空气发生热交换，由气态转变为液态，同时被空气带走热量；冷媒冷却过程，液态的高压冷剂通过热力膨胀阀
（3），压力下降，部分制冷剂由液态装变为气态，此时制冷剂为液态和气态两相混合的状态；冷媒节流过程中，制冷剂通过蒸发器
（4），在蒸发器内与冷冻水发生热交换，冷却冷冻水到所需的温度，满足设定要求；经蒸发器后的气体制冷剂循环回到压缩机，完成一次制冷循环。
