产品简介：单转鼓粉碎型格栅采用单鼓结构，功能性、持久性、维修费用和安装的简易性优越。它是由一个转鼓栅网和钛合金切割刀片粉碎器组成，能在较高达2475立方/小时的流量下，把难以处理的固体颗粒粉碎成可处理的小颗粒。新的不锈钢无轴转鼓提高捕获效率，增加了流量，防止物体缠绕并且更加牢固。转鼓式粉碎型格栅的设计提高了固体的捕获率，更好保护下游设备，使长期的维修费用降为较低。

电机选择：

普通电机：3kw或4kw；

潜水电机：3kw或4kw；

干湿两用电机：4.5kw或5.5kw。

应用场合：

1、安装于大流量、宽幅面水渠中；

2、安装于泵站、污水处理厂进口；

3、本机能粉碎的物品有：纸制品、木制品、塑料制品、橡胶制品、生活垃圾等。

应用域：

PZG型粉碎性格栅，为传统格栅与垃圾粉碎机的结合，在保证大流量的提下，能有效粉碎污水中的垃圾、杂物，如树叶、塑料袋、木头、食物残渣及其他污水和雨水中的杂物。粉碎后的颗粒直径小于10mm，与污水一起进入到后续处理工序，无需进行栅渣的清运，实现泵站无人值守，无恶臭提供了提。粉碎型格栅实现了泵站的全封闭设计，是泵站从人工操作跨越到全自动化进程，为实现真正意义上的地埋式泵站有利条件。

工作原理及构造：粉碎型格栅除污机由干湿两用防爆电机、齿轮箱、侧板、传动轴、切割刀片、立式转鼓、密封件、安装支架、溢流格栅、潜水电缆、电气控制箱、备用人工格栅等组成。电机启动后，刀片及立式转鼓同时不等速转动，污水中的固体漂浮物随着污水进入转鼓区后被旋转的栅网截留并送到切割区，两组差速转动的刀片迅速进行轴向和径向切割，将其粉碎成6-10mm的小颗粒，其他大部分的污水和足够小的颗粒直接通过转鼓区，与粉碎后的小颗粒由随水泵抽水一起流走。
