阶梯格栅是一种可以连续自动拦截并清除流体中各种形状杂物的水处理设备，可广泛地应用于城市污水处理。自来水行业、电厂进水口，同时也可以作为纺织、食品加工、造纸、皮革等行业废水处理工艺中的筛分设备，是目我国的固液筛分设备之一。阶梯式格栅是对国外技术消化后，结合国内污水处理工程的具体情况，由我厂自行研究、开发、制造的一种新型格栅。它挂广泛应用于城市污水及工业废水中的漂浮物和悬浮物的清理，也可以用于泵站污物的清理，是水源处理的理想设备。阶梯式格栅主要由动格栅、静格栅、动力及传动装置、电气控制系统四部分组成，动、静格栅为锯齿形状交替布置，通过传动机构驱动动格栅做偏心回转运动，将污物从静格栅的一个台阶送到上一个台阶，直至到格栅顶部落入接污槽内。

GSHZ回转式格栅除污机是由尼龙或不锈钢制成的特殊形耙齿，按一定的排序装配在耙齿轴上形成封闭式耙齿链，其下部安装在进渠水体中。当传动系统带动链轮作均匀定向旋转时，整个耙齿链便自上而下的运动，并携带固体杂物从液体分离出来，流体则通过耙齿的栅隙流过去。整个工作状态连续进行。

由于耙齿的特殊结构形状，使耙齿携带杂物到达上端反向运动时、后排耙齿之间产生相对自清运动，促使杂物依靠重力脱落，同时设备后面设置的一对胶版刷以保证每排耙齿运动到该位置时都能得到彻底的刷净作用。

江苏如克阶梯格栅工作原理:

阶梯格栅是由一种独特的耙齿厂装配成一组回转格栅链。在电机减速器的驱动下，耙齿链进行逆水流方向回转运动。

耙齿链运转到设备的上部时，由于槽轮和弯轨的导向，使每组耙齿之间产生相对自清运动，绝大部分固体物质靠重力落下。另一部分则依靠清扫器的反向运动把粘在耙齿上的杂物清扫干净。

按水流方向耙齿链类同于格栅，在耙齿链轴上装配的耙齿间隙可以根据使用条件进行选择。当耙齿把流体中的固态悬浮物分离后可以保持水流畅通流过。整个工作过程是连续的，也可以是间歇的。

性能特点 ：

1、在拦污、清渣过程中，由于依靠静栅、动栅的相对移动，不存在污物缠绕卡阻现象。

2、结构简单、紧凑、合理、传动部件少，框架式结构，钢性好，使用寿命长。

3、特殊设计的动栅、静栅夹，安装、维修、拆卸方便，并能可靠的保证间隙固定，使运行可靠、安全。

4、底部；中砂，本设备采用高压冲水，使格栅底部的沉砂不能堆积，确保动栅的正常运行。

5、本设备可做成全密封结构。

6、本设备可采用PLC自动控制：也可作定时控制。在现场设有手动开关，方便检测和维修。控制箱还预留与中央控制室联接的端子接口，实行远程控制。方使灵活，安全稳定。
