产品用途

如克转鼓式格栅破碎机产品选型是为处理混在下水道中的固体物质而开发的新型污水处理设备。该机能将混在下水道中的布片、木片、空瓶罐等固体物由格栅截留送到破碎机中粉碎，而水从格栅中流过，以防止下水道处理设备的堵塞，保证下水道水处理设备正常运行。本机主要适用于污水处理厂和中转泵站。

配件

本机主要由转鼓格栅网、铣刀、垫片、主轴、轴承、机封、机架、减速机、电机、电控箱等构成。
在驱动部件带动下，转鼓格栅的齿耙作圆周运动，将被圆形栅条截留的水中杂物，送至破碎机，而水从格栅中流过。破碎机驱动部件带动主动轴转动，同时主动轴通过精密齿轮带动从动轴转动，使固定于两轴上的铣刀呈逆向旋转，而将固体物咬挤破碎。
