齿耙式格栅开机准备工作原理： 设备安装完毕后，在进行设备运行，应做好下列工作： 1）、设备安装是否平稳； 2）、设备各连接处螺栓、螺栓销是否拧紧和销牢； 3）、各润滑点是否按要求加润滑剂； 4）、各转动部分经手动盘车检查，无卡、堵现象存在； 5）、电气控制装置是否设置安全可靠； 6）、操作人员是否在岗位； 公称型号 
经检查合格后，方可进行开机调试运转。 齿耙式格栅结构配件： 1、由于回转耙式格栅除污机的栅条置于齿耙牵引链的中间位置（其它机械格栅置于牵引链之下），改变了齿耙在清捞过程中的运动方向（与其它格栅相反），避免把硬物带入底部将齿耙及牵引链卡死；
经检查合格后，方可进行开机调试运转。
2、在减速机输出轴端的链轮盘上安装了过载安全保护装置，以避免因意外原因过载面损坏设备；
3、由于格栅机回转链配带多个除污齿耙，使得除污效率高；
4、结构紧凑、电气控制简单，便于实现自动化。
工作原理
机械格栅机是由一种独特的耙齿厂装配成一组回转格栅链。在电机减速器的驱动下，耙齿链进行逆水流方向回转运动
耙齿链运转到设备的上部时，由于槽轮和弯轨的导向，使每组耙齿之间产生相对自清运动，JUE大部分固体物质靠重力落下。
另一部分则依靠清扫器的反向运动把粘在耙齿上的杂物清扫干净。
按水流方向耙齿链类同于格栅，在耙齿链轴上装配的耙齿间隙可以根据使用条件进行选择。当耙齿把流体中的固态悬浮物分离后可以保证水流畅通流过。整个工作过程是连续的，也可以是间歇的。
