用途及产品简介
中心传动单管吸泥机用于城市污水处理厂和工业废水处理中直径较大的圆形沉淀池特别是二沉池中，排除沉降在池底的污泥和撇除池面的浮渣。该系列吸泥机既适用于周边出水的二沉池，也适用于中心进水周边出水的二沉池。
结构和工作原理
中心传动单管吸泥机由工作桥、撇渣板、刮臂、中心集泥缸、驱动装置、中心立柱、中心传动竖架、吸泥管、浮渣挡板、出水堰板、挡水裙板、配重块等组成。
该设备采用中心传动、垂架式，污水进入周边配水槽内，经槽底配水孔均匀流入池内，并在周边挡水裙板的作用下，水流从池底流向中心，污泥依靠自重沉积于池底，从而形成泥水分离，驱动装置驱动中心竖架旋转，并带动刮臂及吸泥管旋转，在静水压力的作用下，污泥均匀地进入吸管上布置的吸口，然后通过中心排泥井的套筒阀排除池外，排泥量的大小可由套筒阀的升降来控制，水面的浮渣通过撇渣装置撇向池边，再由刮渣耙刮进排渣斗内排出池外。

2.较小的污泥搅动，回流污泥新鲜无腐化现象、出水水质好；
3.驱动装置采用斜齿轮减速机与蜗轮减速机相组合，确保输出扭矩及转速，传动效果高，减速机内设有扭矩保护装置，运转安全可靠；
4.设备操作简便，可直接就地/远程控制设备的运行。
