TGN-3型设备适用于污水处理厂平流沉淀池，将沉降在池底上的污泥刮集至集泥槽，并将池面的浮渣撇向集渣槽。

性能特点

TGN-3型行车式抬耙刮泥机根据集泥槽、集楂槽设置在沉淀池的同一端或分设两端，刮泥机的工作过程分别如下：

1、 两槽同设一端：刮泥耙下降、撇渣板下降，刮泥机由池端（出水端）始点向泥、渣端行驶，将污泥、浮渣刮集输送直至终点（进水端），刮泥耙上HP[提、撇渣板上提，刮泥机由终端向始端换向行驶，抵达始端后停机或进行另一循环。

2、 两槽分设两端：刮泥耙下降、撇渣板上提，刮泥机由出水端始点向泥槽端行驶，将污泥刮集输送直至终点，刮泥耙上提而撇渣板下降，刮泥机换向行驶将浮渣撇向浮楂槽，抵达始端后停机或进行另一循环。

构造及工作原理

`TK6TGN-3行车式抬耙刮泥机由行车、刮泥耙、撇渣板、主梁、端梁及驱动装置、控制柜等组成。

1．TGN-3行车式抬耙刮泥机的走道桥为碳钢制成，横置于沉淀池上，走道有不少于1000mm宽的走道，三面设有扶手拦杆，一面设爬梯。

2．TGN-3行车式抬耙刮泥机在池顶面的二条钢轨上行走，设有驱动装置，所有的滚轮、支持轴寿命不少于10年。

3．TGN-3行车式抬耙刮泥机的主梁由两端梁上的驱动装置带动，沿铺设在池顶上的轨道行驶，随主梁一同运动的刮泥板将沉积在池底的污泥刮至池内集泥槽。

安装调式

1.轨道：

（1）轨道型号符合设计要求；

（2）轨距偏差：±5mm；

（3）轨道的纵向倾斜度不得超过L/1500（L=轨道全长），但在全行程上的相对高度允差为10mm；

（4）轨道接头的偏移允差上、左、右均为1mm；

2.行走装置：

（1）刮泥机所有车轮必须同时着轨，其轮轴与轨道侧面垂直；

（2）刮泥机沿纵向轨道全长范围内行走时，应灵活、均匀、传动系统无冲击和振动；不允许与池侧、底面擦碰、不允许有卡轨、啃道等异常现象；

（3）刮泥机主梁，端梁刚度、强度足够，不允许在运行时屈服而产生塑性变形。
