XB型滗水器是我公司在总结吸取国内外技术的基础上,开发出具国内水平的污水处理设备。该设备是序批式活性污泥法处理工艺(SBR)及其派生工艺(ICEAS、DAT-IAT、CASS、UNITANK、MSBR等)关键的设备,其污水处理的单元操作,按进水/曝气、沉淀、排水、闲置四个阶段周期性运行,滗水器用于第三阶段排除反应池内的上清液,达到自动控制循环运行的目的。广泛应用于市政、纺织、印染、石化、食品、造纸、冶金等行业的污水处理工程。也可用于其它类似需要滗除上清液体过程的单元操作。本设备主要由支座、电动减速机、电动推杆、浮筒式浮渣挡板、滗水堰、支管、排水主管、支承座、回转密封支承座、电控柜等部分组成。

一、 产品简介

XB旋转式滗水器是排出SBR反应池中上清液的用设备。旋转式滗水器通过电动推杆的驱动，滗水堰槽绕排水管转动，实现滗水器连续排水。

二、 产品结构及工作原理

XB旋转式滗水器主要由电控箱、电动推杆、滗水主管及支管、堰槽组件、浮筒组件、出水组件、行程控制、底座等部分组成。旋转式滗水器由电动推杆把水下部分与执行机构连接起来，当需要排水时，中央控制系统给出信号，指令电机驱动螺杆旋转，电动推杆向推出，集水堰槽随水平管的转动而下降，开始滗水，排出的上清液由排水管排出；当滗水结束后，推杆内计数器给出信号，电机反转，牵引集水堰槽上移，回到预置位置，等待完成下一个循环。

三、旋转式滗水器主要特点：

　　1、 设备结构紧凑，运行平稳，整体结构安装方便、运行成本低；

　　2、 对水质、水量的变化有较强的适应性，且滗水深度可达3.0m；

　　3、 处理量Q<1000m3/h,采用单推杆，Q≥1000m3/h，则采用双推杆；

　　4、 在滗水堰口出外设有浮渣档板，以确保在设备运行时堰口上的液面不起波动，出水水质达到佳；
