3.齿轮式逆向清洗机构，无钢索电气零件等耗材，可再生使用。
4.自动探测，满水位启动、过滤、压干、中间洗网、停机时洗网过滤全自动。无需人员值守。

（1） 整机污液流经的各部位防水密封良好，无滴、参漏现象。

（2） 上部储液框的连接有可靠的装置、与振动筛直接对接。

（3） 振动机与筛框的连接有可靠的防松装置。

（4） 筛框与分离机体有隔振装置。

（5） 排渣螺旋推进器的螺旋叶片是不锈钢一次冷轧成型的，比同行业切开拉伸性能稳定耐用、

与机壳的间隙不大于 2mm,且不发生摩擦现象。螺旋推进器两支轴承（为自动调心）承靠

内侧部位设置密封装置。
