产品用途
单转鼓粉碎型格栅采用单鼓结构，功能性、持久性、维修费用和安装的简易性优越。它是由一个转鼓栅网和钛合金切割刀片粉碎器组成，能在较高达2475立方/小时的流量下，把难以处理的固体颗粒粉碎成可处理的小颗粒。新的不锈钢无轴转鼓提高捕获效率，增加了流量，防止物体缠绕并且更加牢固。转鼓式粉碎型格栅的设计提高了固体的捕获率，更好保护下游设备，使长期的维修费用降为较低。
电机选择：
普通电机：3kw或4kw；
潜水电机：3kw或4kw；
干湿两用电机：4.5kw或5.5kw。

结构
结构组成:
本设备主要由两栖电机、减速机、机身、切割刀片、垫片、主动轴、从动轴、中间支承轴、密封装置、机座、立式旋转过水转鼓栅网、自动耦合装置、溢流格栅、检修格栅组成。

轴：热处理六角型合金钢
底座和外壳：球墨铸铁
侧栏：优质碳素钢
密封面：碳化钨

电气控制常规为手动控制；可由时间继电器间断控制；可带 PLC 接口；可全自动控制。

2.圆形格栅中机架、栅条、齿耙、轴等用户如需不锈钢材质，应另行注明；
3.不注明所配电控箱为常规控制，如有要求应另行注明；
4.用户如需不锈钢铣刀，应另行注明；
5.破碎机电机为 IP67/IP68 电机，可同时正常工作在水中和空气中。如需采用普通电机，为防电机浸水， 需要加长轴，用户应另行注明。
