阶梯格栅是一种可以连续自动拦截并清除流体中各种形状杂物的水处理设备，可广泛地应用于城市污水处理。自来水行业、电厂进水口，同时也可以作为纺织、食品加工、造纸、皮革等行业废水处理工艺中的筛分设备，是目我国的固液筛分设备之一。阶梯式格栅是对国外技术消化后，结合国内污水处理工程的具体情况，由我厂自行研究、开发、制造的一种新型格栅。它挂广泛应用于城市污水及工业废水中的漂浮物和悬浮物的清理，也可以用于泵站污物的清理，是水源处理的理想设备。阶梯式格栅主要由动格栅、静格栅、动力及传动装置、电气控制系统四部分组成，动、静格栅为锯齿形状交替布置，通过传动机构驱动动格栅做偏心回转运动，将污物从静格栅的一个台阶送到上一个台阶，直至到格栅顶部落入接污槽内。

江苏如克阶梯格栅工作原理:

阶梯格栅是由一种独特的耙齿厂装配成一组回转格栅链。在电机减速器的驱动下，耙齿链进行逆水流方向回转运动。

耙齿链运转到设备的上部时，由于槽轮和弯轨的导向，使每组耙齿之间产生相对自清运动，绝大部分固体物质靠重力落下。另一部分则依靠清扫器的反向运动把粘在耙齿上的杂物清扫干净。

按水流方向耙齿链类同于格栅，在耙齿链轴上装配的耙齿间隙可以根据使用条件进行选择。当耙齿把流体中的固态悬浮物分离后可以保持水流畅通流过。整个工作过程是连续的，也可以是间歇的。

性能特点 ：

1、采用阶梯式冲孔网板设计，过滤面积大，污物容易截留，过滤效率高；尤其是对于纤维状垃圾具有较强的适应性；
2、采用箱板式结构，整机结构牢固，对称度高，运行稳定，安装简单；
3、结构设计中充分考虑污水环境，采用重载型牵引链作为过滤网板的传动主体；没有水下轴承结构，大大减少了水下故障几率，运行更加可靠；
4、采用高效转刷及反冲洗两重装置帮助污物卸除，确保过滤面有效再生；
5、上部采用后封闭结构，与栅渣输送机直联，改善使用环境；
6、可根据水位差或定时进行全自动运转控制，达到节能效果；
