产品简介
如克环保回转式格栅除污机产品选型（又称“机械格栅，拦污机，捞渣机、固液分离器”），广泛应用于城市污水处理厂、自来水厂、泵站、电厂进水口，自动拦截并清除水中的漂浮物，保证下道工序的正常运行；也可用作纺织、印染、屠宰、制革、造纸、制糖、酿酒、食品加工中的固液分离。

机械格栅主要产品特点：
该设备的优点是自动化程度高、分离效率高、动力消耗小、无噪音、耐腐蚀性能好，在无人看管的情况下可保证连续稳定工作，全过水断面清污。
栅体过梁支撑于混凝土基础之上，使清污机整机运行平稳，工作可靠。
齿耙将污物带到清污机顶部，完成翻转卸污动作，保持过水断面清洁无污物。
牵引链条一般为全不锈钢材质保证水下工作无锈蚀，免维护。
设置了过载安全保护装置，在设备发生故障时，会产生声光报警并自动停机，可以避免设备超负荷工作。
本设备可以根据用户需要任意调节设备运行间隔，实现周期性运转；可以根据格栅后液位差自动控制；并且有手动控制功能，以方便检修。用户可根据不同的工作需要任意选用。由于该设备结构设计合理，在设备工作时， 自身具有很强的自净能力，不会发生堵塞现象，所以日常维修工作量很少。
机械格栅结构及工作原理：
机械格栅主要由拦污栅体，回转齿耙，驱动传动机机构，过载保护机构和不锈钢牵引链条等。
该设备是由ABS工程塑料、尼龙或不锈钢制成的特殊形耙齿，按一定的排列次序装在耙齿轴上形成封闭式耙齿链，其下部装在进水渠水中。当传动系统带动链轮作匀速定向旋转时，整个耙齿链便自上而下运动，并携带固体杂物从液体中分离出来，流体通过耙齿间隙流出去，整个工作状态连续进行。
按设备宽W0该机分GSHZ300-1500型，并联机GSHZ1600-3000型。选型由过水量、提升高度 而定，同时根据所分离杂物的大小选配不同格栅。
