一、 产品简介

中心传动式刮泥机主要适用于直径小于16m的池体。刮泥机主要由工作桥、驱动装置、传动轴、刮臂、刮板、拉索、轴承、泥斗搅拌桨、稳流桶及电控柜等组成。中心传动式刮泥机由安装在工作桥上的驱动装置驱动传动轴旋转，传动轴旋转时带动两侧刮臂绕池中心轴旋转，刮板随着刮臂的转动将沉降在池底的污泥刮入池中心泥斗。液面上的浮渣由刮渣板和周边挡板渣形成的渐缩区域内集中，由浮渣刮板刮入集渣斗并排出池外。

全桥式周边传动刮吸泥机采用中间进水和排泥，周边排水，保证水流均匀。根据液位差及空气提升原理而设计吸泥管及刮泥板。

二、工作原理

工作桥由安装在周边的驱动机构带动，绕安装的池中心支墩上的中心支座旋转，沉淀在池底的污泥由集泥板集至各吸泥口，在液位差的作用下，污泥经吸泥口、集泥槽、虹吸管、中心泥罐、排泥管排至池外。每个吸泥管上端设有排泥量调节阀，以调节各吸泥管的流量和浓度。液面上的浮渣在浮渣刮板和周边挡渣堰形成的渐缩区域集中，由浮渣刮耙到集渣斗，排出池外。

三、产品特点

（1）节约运行费用、维护管理方便。由于采用虹吸管将泥槽的污泥经不旋转的中心泥罐排至中心排泥管，没有动密封，杜绝了上清液短流，即避免了回流泵能耗的浪费，又保证了回流污泥的浓度，为生化工艺正常运行创造条件。

（2）可配置过扭保护机构，当扭矩达到设定值时自动报警停机，安全可靠。

（3）主梁选用方钢制作，结构强度大，采用热镀锌后喷面漆工艺，防腐性能强。

（4）操作简单，可实现远程控制。
