GJG动物绞割机又称单轴破碎机是我公司为养殖业而开发的新型环保设备。该机能将整批动物撕成小肉块后再进行无公害化处理。本机主要适用于养殖业。本机常用于交割物质：死猪、死家禽、死羊、纸制品、渣滓、橡胶制品、绳类、软管、皮制品等。
工作原理:
GJG动物绞割机采用双刀式设计，动刀片与静刀片相互啮合。其动刀片与静刀片都具有切削功能，因此它的破碎能力强于其它普通的双轴动物尸体粉碎机。从而提高了切削效率，使动物尸体可以粉碎到理想的大小
这项设计避免了纤维状物体缠绕在静刀片上，一旦静刀片被缠绕会导致密封失效，导致轴断裂。
为了提高切削效率，我们采用了一项特别的设计，将密封与轴承集装。采用这种结构优点是可在不拆卸整个设备的情况下快速地更换密封与轴承，避免与普通动物尸体粉碎机结构雷同。
