工作原理

机械格栅机是由一种独特的耙齿厂装配成一组回转格栅链。在电机减速器的驱动下，耙齿链进行逆水流方向回转运动

耙齿链运转到设备的上部时，由于槽轮和弯轨的导向，使每组耙齿之间产生相对自清运动，JUE大部分固体物质靠重力落下。

另一部分则依靠清扫器的反向运动把粘在耙齿上的杂物清扫干净。

按水流方向耙齿链类同于格栅，在耙齿链轴上装配的耙齿间隙可以根据使用条件进行选择。当耙齿把流体中的固态悬浮物分离后

可以保证水流畅通流过。整个工作过程是连续的，也可以是间歇的。

技术参数及选型：
1、设备和耙齿规格：
设备规格按机宽尺寸分HF300-3600型。机宽超过1800mm，则做成并联机。栅隙分为1mm、3mm、5mm、10mm、20mm、30mm、40mm、50mm等各种规格，由过水量、提升高度、固液分离总量和所分离物质的形状、颗粒大小来选择栅隙。可根据用户需要选用材质为ABS工程塑料、尼龙、不锈钢的耙齿制作；主体框架有不锈钢材质和碳钢防腐两种。
2、设备长短规格：
设备标准沟深为1500mm，可根据用户需要及使用实际情况任意加宽、加长。

　　杂物可能进入牵引链中，将牵引链卡死，故设计了封闭式牵引链。其主要有链板、链销和滚轮组成。运行时由机架上的导轨作导向，滚轮在导轨上作滚动运动，阻力小且运转平稳。水下回转轮定位采用不锈钢材料，配以耐磨钢轴承，免去了水下部件的日常维修。挡渣部分采用固定栅条形式，有较强的耐冲击力，能承受较大的水位差。基于以上优点，回转耙式格栅常应用于较宽的河道拦污、雨水泵站、河道取水口、污水厂粗格栅等大流量的水处理场所。

　　注：该设备安装时采用整机吊装，在集水井两侧无需设置其他支承，只要在地平上预埋620×150×16mm钢板两块，安装时将机架两侧的支承钢板与其焊为一体即可。
