产品简介
在目水处理过程中，用于清除固体悬浮物的大型粗格栅设备主要有高链式格栅除污机、传统的钢丝绳牵引式格栅除污机等。这些设备运行中易将杂质搅浑，清除不彻底，且细碎杂质易从格栅中跑漏，或容易缠绕在格栅上堵塞栅隙。碰到木块竹竿树枝等硬物，容易将设备卡死或损坏设备，而钢丝绳牵引式格栅除污机还可能出现乱绳情况。因此分离效果差，效率低，运转不正常。
鉴于以上几种格栅在使用中所存在的不足，我公司研制了回转式雨水格栅，该设备是一种可以连续自动清除液体中固体悬浮物的装置，其机架结构参照了我公司回转式雨水格栅的 点，采用与众不同的工作原理即耙齿链在栅条后作回转运动，当耙齿运转到栅条的迎水面时，耙齿链采用封闭式，保证不让杂物侵入，使设备运转更加平稳。在设备安装时采用整机吊装，且只要在集水井两侧的地平上预埋620×150×16钢板两块，土建简单，节约，安装维修方便。

GSHZ型回转式格栅除污机（又称“固液分离器”），应用于城市污水处理厂、自来水厂、泵站、电厂进水口，自动拦截并清除水中的漂浮物，保证下道工序的正常运行；也可用作纺织、印染、屠宰、制革、造纸、制糖、酿酒、食品加工中的固液分离。

产品特点：
结构紧凑、电气控制简单，便于实现自动化；耐蚀性优、噪音低；除污动作连续、排污干净、分离效率。
工作原理：
该设备是由ABS工程塑料、尼龙或不锈钢制成的特殊形耙齿，按一定的排列次序装在耙齿轴上形成封闭式耙齿链，其下部装在进水渠水中。当传动系统带动链轮作匀速定向旋转时，整个耙齿链便自上而下运动，并携带固体杂物从液体中分离出来，流体通过耙齿间隙流出去，整个工作状态连续进行。
由于耙齿的特殊结构形状，使耙齿链携带杂物到达上端反向运动时，后耙间产生相对自清运动，促使杂物依靠重力脱落，设备后面可设置旋转的清污刷，进一步除净滞留在耙齿污物，如需要定货时需注明。
