WNG浓缩池悬挂式中心传动刮泥机用于污水处理厂重力式污泥浓缩池，将浓缩污泥刮集至池底中心集泥坑，以便进一步作污泥脱水处理

工作原理

该设备采用中心传动、悬挂式，污水从工作桥下进水管流入导流筒扩散后，均匀地向周边呈辐射状流出，呈悬浮状的污泥经沉淀后沉积于池底，驱动装置带动中心立轴旋转，并带动刮臂及刮泥板转动，将污泥从池周刮向中心集泥槽后，靠池内静水压由排泥管排出池外,水面的浮渣通过撇渣装置撇向池边，再由刮渣耙刮进排渣斗内排出池外；而上清液则通过三角形出水堰板溢入出水槽内排出。

性能特点

1、工作桥采用全桥式，其材质可采用碳钢、不锈钢或混凝土结构。
2、驱动装置采用立式三摆线针轮减速机机或由斜齿轮减速机与蜗轮减速机组合，保证输出扭矩及转速。
3、刮板采用直线型刮板。
4、刮泥机立轴下端设有水下轴承和刮刀，避免立轴转动时的偏摆及集混槽内污泥积实。
5、设置机械和电气双重过载保护，运转可靠。
6、设备操作简便，可直接就地远程控制设备的运行。

安装调试

1.中心筒顶面预埋件中心圆与池壁内圆的不同心度偏差不大于50mm；

2.中心筒顶面与池周边滚道面应等高，允许偏差+0，40mm；

3.池顶环形滚道内外圆半径允差±50mm；

4.池周边滚道面不平度在每米长度范围内不大于±3mm，全长范围内不大于30mm；

5.回转支承座安装时应用三个调整螺钉调整其高度和水平度，保证中心支座底面与中心筒顶的间隙不小于50mm，中心支承顶面在100mm范围内水平度为0.10，全部范围内不超过0.30；

6.回转支承座定位后，在其底面与中心筒顶面的间隙中用混凝土填充，固结后再收紧螺栓；

7.池底面二次混凝土应在刮泥机试转后施工，为保证刮泥效果，池底二次混凝土顶面应在刮泥机转动（人力）时以木刮板找正；

8.出水堰、浮渣挡板、中心泥罐应在刮泥机试转后安装，其中心必须与刮泥机中心重合，以保证运转灵活、撇渣可靠，且不存在漏渣现象；

9.刮泥机所有车轮必须同时着轨，其轮轴心线应对准中心支座的中心；

10.刮泥机沿圆周行走时，应灵活、均匀、平稳，传动系统无冲击和振动；不允许与池侧、底面擦碰。

11.减速机按说明书的要求注油。

12.中心回转轴承待设备安装调整后，滚动体内加注耐水润滑脂。
