产品简介：
粉碎型格栅除污机是解决固体颗粒对环保设备危害的除污设备。粉碎格栅运行时，可以把污水中的固体颗粒粉碎成6-8mm细小颗粒，与污水一起进入后续处理工序，无需进行格栅渣滓清运，对实现泵站地埋式全封闭设备创造有利条件，节约土建成本，美 化环保。它是由粉碎机和旋转式格栅鼓(或固定栅条)、机座、电控柜组成。主要应用于城市污水处理泵站、合流泵站、雨水泵站及终端污水处理厂。
技术参数：
工作原理：
粉碎型格栅除污机由潜水电机、齿轮箱、侧板、传动轴、切割刀片、立式转鼓、密封件、安装支架、辅助格栅、潜水电缆、电气控制箱、备用人工格栅等部件组成。电机启动后，刀片及立式转鼓同时不等速转动，污水中的固体漂浮物随着污水进入转鼓区后被旋转的栅网截留并送入切割区，两组不等速转动的刀片迅速进行轴向和径向切割，将其粉碎成8—10mm的细小颗粒，粉碎后的小颗粒由水泵抽水一起流走，有 效地防止水泵缠绕、堵塞。辅助格栅则在高水位时，进行辅助性截污。
1、驱动部分
水路两栖型电机，根据水渠宽及处理量可选择双电机型机三电机型；
2、粉碎部分
由两根轴带动刀片交叉进行运转粉碎，刀片是重要的。硬度及工艺要求非常高，只有进口的刀片比较可靠；
3、格栅部分
该部分是用来阻挡大颗粒垃圾的，为了避免水头损失过大建议选择20mm左右的间隙；格栅部分又称为转鼓，内有将垃圾拨到粉碎部分的不停旋转的耙。一般分单转鼓和双转鼓，是根据流量及渠宽来选定。
整个设备是由2个电机或3个电机分别带动粉碎部分/格栅部分来运转的，完全替代老式的回转格栅。

12、占地面积少、整体投资少，设备全地埋，体积小，重量轻，无需建泵房，土建费用低；设备投资费用低，无需配套螺旋输送设备、压榨设备、除臭设备、垃圾外运设备等。

安装方式：
粉碎型格栅安装方式有渠道式安装、附壁式安装、悬挂式安装。一般一体化泵站选用附壁式安装，导轨通过膨胀螺丝安装在壁上，粉碎型格栅通过导轨滑止固定位置。

刀片选择：
根据客户需求进行各种齿型设计，以适应各种特殊情况需要；镀钛刀片和垫片可选，比普通刀片更耐磨，使用寿命比普通刀片延长23倍；密封；采用机械式组合密封装置，无需对密封进行冲洗，无需调整密封填料压盖，使用和维修过程中非常方便；
溢流格栅；两侧可视实际情况加设溢流格栅，以增加流量，并减少水头损失；溢流格栅呈喇叭形安装，方便将污物引导进格栅切割区；低流量底座；在低流量时可以利用切割区域来提高切割粉碎能力。
