GSHZ型回转式格栅除污机（又称“固液分离器”），广泛应用于城市污水处理厂、自来水厂、泵站、电厂进水口，自动拦截并清除水中的漂浮物，保证下道工序的正常运行；也可用作纺织、印染、屠宰、制革、造纸、制糖、酿酒、食品加工中的固液分离

机械格栅除污机（简称机械格栅），在污水处理部工序中，拦截、清除各种固体颗粒物、漂浮物等。使后续处理工序得以顺利进行。是市政污水、工业污水，如：纺织、造纸、食品、皮革等处理过程中拦污、除渣的关键设备。是一种适用范围较广的除污设备。

机械格栅结构及工作原理

该机有栅齿、栅齿轴、链板等组成栅网，以替代传统格栅的栅条。栅网在机架内作回转运动，从而将污水中的悬浮物拦截并不断分离水中的悬浮物，因而工作效率高、运行平稳、格栅后水位差小，并且不易堵塞。该机适合于作粗细格栅使用。栅网中的栅齿可用工程塑料或不锈钢两种材料制造，栅齿轴和链板等由不锈钢制造，大大提高了格栅整体的耐腐蚀性能。较小间隙的格栅一般宜用不锈钢栅齿。设备运行使耙齿把截留在栅面上的杂物自下而上带至出渣口，当耙齿自上向下转向运动时，杂物依靠重力自行脱落，从卸料口中落入输送机或垃圾小车内，然后外运或作进一步的处理。

主要优点：

该设备是由ABS工程塑料、尼龙或不锈钢制成的特殊形耙齿，按一定的排列次序装在耙齿轴上形成封闭式耙齿链，其下部装在进水渠水中。当传动系统带动链轮作匀速定向旋转时，整个耙齿链便自上而下运动，并携带固体杂物从液体中分离出来，流体通过耙齿间隙流出去，整个工作状态连续进行。

由于耙齿的特殊结构形状，使耙齿链携带杂物到达上端反向运动时，后耙间产生相对自清运动，促使杂物依靠重力脱落，设备后面可设置旋转的清污刷，进一步除净滞留在耙齿污物，如需要定货时需注明。
