使用范围及用途：

闸门是水利水电工程中各种渠道上的控制性设备，广泛应用于中小型水利水电、市政给排水工程、水产养殖、农田灌溉等水利工程。它是用于开启控制水位，调节流量的作用。

使用结构及特点：

闸门由闸板、闸框、压板、止水销、吊鼻等组成。按结构形式分为：PGZ整体式和组合式两种。闸门在启闭机的作用（手动和电动）下，使闸板在闸框的止水面上上下下滑动，完成开放和关闭的过水孔口，闭紧止水销可使止水面有效贴合，以保证中水效果，实现良好的止水目的。每米长度的渗水量不超过0.03升/。

使用方式与保养：

1、闸门在启闭时应注意闸板的上、下限位置，以免损坏闸门或启闭机。

2、闸门在启闭机过程中如有异常情况应立即停止使用并及时检查处理。

3、闸门在使用中应进行防锈处理，并定期在止水面上抹黄油，以保证启闭时闸板与闸框的止水结合面光滑。

4、闸门关闭时在距底面100mm处，将闸门暂停1分钟，利用门底激流冲底槽内的杂物后再将闸门关闭。

性能特点
1.主要性能指标

a)闸门密封面配合间隙≤0.1㎜，密封座厚度大于10㎜。

b)密封面每米长度渗水量：正向≤0.7L/min·m 反向≤1.25L/min·m

c)公称压力≤0.1Mpa；密封试验压力0.1Mpa。

d)工作环境：温度-20℃～120℃ 湿度：95% 工作介质：水与污水 PH值：5～10

e)安装位置：正常状态下正向迎水、处于铅垂状态。

f)工作水头：单向受压：正向：10m 反向：5m 双向受压：均为10m

g)启闭速度：不小于0.2m/min，不大于1.5m/min。

h)闸框距边壁距离≥300㎜，距池底距离≥150㎜～250㎜。
