气提式旋流沉砂池工作原理
XLCS 型旋流沉砂池除砂机由叶轮、传动轴、电机、减速器和吸砂系统组成。由于叶轮桨板向上倾斜，旋转时使池中污水作螺旋运动，加上因污水切向进入，产生与叶轮旋向一致的旋流，池中的污水形成涡螺流态。在适当的叶桨倾角和线速度条件下，污水中的砂粒将受到冲刷并仍保持好的沉降效果，而原来附着在砂粒上的有机物以及重度小的物质将随污水一同流出旋流池。另外，由于叶轮旋转，减少了旋流池因进水量变化导致流态变化的程度，保证了沉砂池稳定、出砂的有机成分含量低等特点。

构造及工作原理：

XLCS气提式旋流沉砂池使用方法：
１、设备安装应为旁通形式安装，以满足在不停机状态下检修设备及清洁过滤体的需要。
2 、禁止在无水状态下长时间开启设备。
3 、设备操作：
（1）排污率：当进出水口压差达到 0.03-0.06MPa （或根据系统设置压差）就应进行反冲洗。当水质差或新系统初次使用时，每 8 小时反冲洗 1-2 分钟。正常运行后，视水质情况而定。（2）反洗：打开旁通阀，排污阀，关闭设备进水阀，水流反冲洗滤体，可清洁过滤体。反洗时间视水质情况而定，一般情况下 10-30 。（3）对于污染严重的系统，应采用短周期高频率反冲洗过程
。进口压力小 0.25MPa 时，应单独设反洗污泵，反洗力度，增加排污量。（4）旋流除砂机返回工作状态。
