南京回转式细格栅产品选型
工作原理：
该机有栅齿、栅齿轴、链板等组成栅网，以替代传统格栅的栅条。栅网在机架内作回转运动，从而将污水中的悬浮物拦截并不断分离水中的悬浮物，因而工作效率高、运行平稳、格栅后水位差小，并且不易堵塞。该机适合于作粗细格栅使用。栅网中的栅齿可用工程塑料或不锈钢两种材料制造，栅齿轴和链板等由不锈钢制造，大大提高了格栅整体的耐腐蚀性能。较小间隙的格栅一般宜用不锈钢栅齿。设备运行使耙齿把截留在栅面上的杂物自下而上带至出渣口，当耙齿自上向下转向运动时，杂物依靠重力自行脱落，从卸料口中落入输送机或垃圾小车内，然后外运或作进一步的处理。

设计要点：
1、启动的检查
①回转式机械格栅格栅杆两头为固定式结构，但在运输和搬运过程中由于操作不当会造成栅杆尾部离开固定座，所以在开机要检查并确认每一根格栅都在固定的状态下。如有尾部脱离固定座的栅杆。则要把它的尾部放入固定座相应的小孔内，并注意不能有两根以上的格栅杆同时放在相邻的两个耙齿之间。
②格栅杆不得弯曲和变形。
③回转式机械格栅耙齿在格栅杆之间能零活转动。
④确认链条的松紧度，出厂时虽经调整，但在运输和搬运过程中由于操作不当会造成链条松紧不当的情况，此时请按（日常维护注意事项）来进行调整。
