 | Embedding RingsEmbeding Rings are used with Histoｆorm N to mount to the ｅmbedded tissue block. Once the resin block has cured, the cover of Histoｆorm N is removed. The etched writing surface on the ring is marked with an identification number and placed on top of the sample block. The ｅmbedding ring is then placed on top of the Histoｆorm N and filled with Technovit® 3040 resin to mount the ｅmbedded block to the ｅmbedding ring. Embedding rings are suitable for holding and identifying tissue sample blocks and fit well in microtome chuck adapters. Made of high-impact polystyrene. |
