Overview

The YT1222 Xenon Lamp Aging Test Chamber is a professional accelerated aging test equipment designed to simulate and intensify the damaging effects of natural climate elements, such as sunlight, rain, and dew, on materials. As a core method for scientific research ｆormulation screening and product quality inspection, this device can accurately reproduce the aging hazards that occur outdoors over months or even years, providing highly valuable weatherability data in just a few days or weeks. It is widely applicable to fields such as coatings, plastics, aluminum-plastic panels, and automotive safety glass.

The equipment simulates the full-spectrum sunlight using a xenon lamp light source and simulates the erosion of rain and dew through a condensation humidification system. Samples are tested under a temperature-controlled environment with alternating cycles of light and moisture, effectively evaluating the perｆormance changes of materials under the combined action of light, heat, and water. The artificial accelerated aging data generated by this chamber not only provides a scientific basis for the development and selection of new materials but also intuitively reflects the specific impact of ｆormulation adjustments on product durability. It is an essential tool for evaluating material weatherability perｆormance and optimizing product composition.
