概述Overview：

This machine is specifically designed for the compressive strength testing of various materials, and is widely applicable for the mechanical property testing of cement, concrete, construction bricks, rubber pads, and various ｍmbedl and concrete components.

结构与原理Structure and Principle:

主机架构：采用整体铸造框架结构，力学性能稳定可靠。油缸下置式设计，主要由反力架、油缸、活塞、工作台及上下压盘组成。

Main Unit Architecture: Features an integrally cast ｆframe structure, ensuring stable and reliable mechanical perｆormance. The bottom-mounted cylinder design mainly consists of a reaction ｆframe, cylinder, piston, worktable, and upper and lower compression platens.

空间调节：垫块位置可在一定范围内灵活调整，以适应不同高度的试样需求。上压盘通过定位销固定于工作台，下压盘设有圆形刻线，便于试样对中放置。

Space Adjustment: The position of the spacer blocks can be flexibly adjusted within a certain range to accommodate specimens of varying heights. The upper platen is secured to the worktable via positioning pins, while the lower platen is engraved with concentric circles to facilitate the precise centering and placement of the specimen.

加载方式：主机油管连接至液压控制柜。系统启动后，液压油进入油缸推动活塞，带动固定工作台及下压盘平稳上升，从而对试样施加逐渐增大的试验力。

Loading Mechanism: The hydraulic hoses on the main unit are connected to the hydraulic control cabinet. Upon system activation, hydraulic oil enters the cylinder to drive the piston, smoothly raising the fixed worktable and lower platen, thereby gradually applying the test force to the specimen.

控制系统与操作:

设备采用液压伺服系统施力，配备高精度负荷传感器实时采集数据。支持自动加载模式，加载速率恒定且可调，具备峰值保持等实用功能。人机交互界面高度设计符合人体工程学，便于试验人员直观观察与便捷操作。

Control System and Operation:

The equipment utilizes a hydraulic servo system to apply force, equipped with a high-precision load cell for real-time data acquisition. It supports an automatic loading mode with an adjustable constant loading rate, and features practical functions such as peak value hold. The human-machine interface (HMI) is ergonomically positioned at an optimal height, providing operators with clear visibility and convenient operation.
