Fully Automatic Concrete Penetration Resistance Tester

Overview:

This product is a fully automatic intelligent instrument designed to determine the setting time of concrete. It can automatically complete all procedures including removing bleeding water, opening/closing the sample lid, penetration, changing the penetration needle, cleaning, and result analysis, requiring no human supervision and freeing up manpower.

By combining the measured penetration values with the set testing strategy, the system automatically analyzes the penetration time intervals and can predict the preliminary results of the initial and final setting times several hours before the test is completed. The penetration speed and depth are precisely controlled with minimal comprehensive error, effectively avoiding human errors caused by non-standard manual operations.

The Fully Automatic Concrete Penetration Resistance Tester consists of the main unit, hardware, and software. The instrument utilizes a high-perｆormance, high-reliability ｅmbedded industrial control computer platｆorm. Combined with the independently developed control software and a specially designed integrated 3D positioning penetration resistance sampling mechanism, it achieves fully automatic and accurate determination of the concrete sample's penetration resistance (penetration strength) characteristics. It automatically analyzes and calculates the initial and final setting times of concrete and generates test data files. This provides a brand-new, high-quality, and highly practical testing instrument for scientific research, inspection, and quality control.
