概述：

7F电脑低温沥青延伸度试验仪其制冷系统采用整套的的大厂的空调系统，性能可靠，具有极高的制冷效果且拥有更高的可靠性。人机界面液晶屏显示面积升级为10寸触摸屏，更换了自研的智能温控系统，采用优化了的 PID和模糊控制算法，使温度控制精度达到0.1℃，优于国家标准指标。全系列仪器都配置了外部的显示面板，和外部的操作按钮，显示更直接更清晰，操作更便捷。拉伸系统采用滚珠丝杠和直线导轨，改进了机械结构，使拉伸运动更平稳。驱动方式采用了高细分步进电机，控制速度更，消除低速振动。支持拉力测量功能，可以进行改性沥青的拉伸试验，带有曲线图显示，存储和打印功能。全系均大部分型号带有串口通讯，可选配联网功能，提供串口直连，远程数据库直接写入和webservice/http接口交互写入等多种数据上传方式。

7F Computerized Low-Temperature Asphalt Ductility Tester

Overview:

The 7F Computerized Low-Temperature Asphalt Ductility Tester features a brand-new, complete air conditioning refrigeration system from a top-tier manufacturer, ensuring exceptional cooling perｆormance and superior reliability. The human-machine interface has been upgraded to a 10-inch touchscreen, and the device is equipped with our self-developed intelligent temperature control system. Utilizing optimized PID and fuzzy control algorithms, it achieves a temperature control accuracy of 0.1℃, surpassing national standard requirements.

The entire series comes standard with an external display panel and operation buttons for more intuitive data readout and convenient operation. The stretching system has been mechanically improved with ball screws and linear guide rails to ensure smoother movement. The drive system utilizes a high-subdivision stepper motor for precise speed control, completely eliminating low-speed vibration. It supports force measurement for modified asphalt tensile testing, featuring real-time curve display, data storage, and printing capabilities. Most models in the series come with standard serial port communication and optional networking functions, supporting various data upload methods such as direct serial connection, remote database writing, and Webservice/HTTP interface interaction.

Product Features:

Dual-loop Water Circulation: Features independent internal and external water circulation. During testing, the outer tank's circulation can be closed while the inner tank continues to circulate and maintain a constant temperature, ensuring temperature stability with minimal water ripples.

High-Subdivision Stepper Motor Drive: Low-speed stretching vibration is almost completely eliminated. Combined with our advanced exponential incremental soft-start software algorithm, it effectively reduces the impact of the instrument's operational vibration on modified asphalt test results.
