Asphalt Dynamic Viscosity Tester

Overview:
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of T0620-2000 "Standard Test Method for Dynamic Viscosity of Asphalt by Vacuum Capillary Viscometer" within the Chinese Industry Standard JTG 3410-2025 Standard Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering, as well as the SH/T 0557 Standard Test Method for Viscosity of Petroleum Asphalt (Vacuum Capillary Viscometer Method).

This instrument is suitable for determining the dynamic viscosity of petroleum asphalt using the vacuum capillary viscometer method. Unless otherwise specified, the standard test conditions are a temperature of 60℃ and a vacuum degree of 300mmHg. It is also applicable to other substances with a viscosity range of 0.0036-20000 Pa·s using the vacuum capillary method under the same conditions (60℃, 300mmHg / -40KPa). Both the vacuum degree and test temperature can be set independently, making the instrument adaptable for other non-standard tests.
