概述：

沥青蒸发损失试验箱是按照国家标准JTG3410-2025《公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程》要求设计生产的。适用于测定道路石油沥青受热时的变化。

产品特点：

1、外体由静电喷涂薄钢板构成，上下两层结构，上半部是装有双层门的全不锈钢工作室，中央装有玻璃窗。在室内装有照明灯，可以在测定进行时能方便地从外面看到室内温度计的读数。下层为测控系统以及加热辅助元件；

2、加热装置装在工作底部，采用空气自然对流法加热空气。通过上下和背后的风道均匀加热工作室；

3、工作室中央装有可以放置四只沥青盛样皿的转盘，它由电机带动。以每分钟5.5转的速度转动；

4、温度控制采用液晶智能仪表，同时兼有定时控制功能，确保满足试验规程要求的163℃±0.5'℃。

Asphalt Evaporation Loss Oven

Overview:

The Asphalt Evaporation Loss Oven is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the national standard JTG 3410-2025 Test Methods for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering. It is suitable for determining the changes in paving petroleum asphalt when subjected to heat.

Important Safety Notice: This product is non-explosion-proof. Highly volatile, flammable, and explosive materials are strictly prohibited from being placed inside the chamber for heating to prevent accidents.

Product Features:

Construction: The exterior is constructed of electrostatic spray-coated sheet steel. It adopts a two-tier structure: the upper section houses a full stainless-steel working chamber with double doors and a central observation window. Interior lighting allows for convenient reading of the thermometer from outside during testing. The lower section contains the measurement/control system and auxiliary heating components.
Heating System: The heating element is located at the bottom of the chamber. It utilizes natural air convection to heat the air, distributing warmth evenly through vertical and rear ducts.
Sample Rotation: A turntable located in the center of the chamber can hold four asphalt sample containers. It is motor-driven and rotates at a speed of 5.5 revolutions per minute.
Control System: Temperature is controlled via a digital intelligent meter with integrated timing functions, ensuring compliance with the test requirement of 163°C ± 0.5°C.
