概述：

组成：
该卧式静载锚固机由主机和控制柜（含油源、泵站）及微机控制系统三部分组成。
主机由负荷传感器、机架、围板、千斤顶及垫板、锚板、锚具等组成。其中锚板、锚具及垫板随做不同的试验根数而更换不同的锚板和锚具。
控制柜由控制面板、电机泵、送油阀、回油阀、截止阀、电磁换向阀、电液伺服数字阀、管路、油箱等系统构成，主要实现对油缸（千斤顶）、活塞启动、后退、停止、压力大小、速度快慢的控制。

1. Overview

The MGW-6500 Microcomputer Controlled Static Load Anchorages Testing Machine utilizes microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo loading. Its split design, separating the main unit from the control cabinet, offers convenient operation, stable and reliable perｆormance, high testing accuracy, and smooth force application. It is specifically designed for static load anchorage strength tests on steel strands. Force measurement is achieved via a high-precision load sensor (6500 kN) with microcomputer control and display. The electro-hydraulic servo control ensures high precision and accurate test results. The control system operates using Xingao software.

3. Composition

This horizontal static load anchorage testing machine consists of three parts: the main unit, the control cabinet (including oil source and pump station), and the microcomputer control system.

Main Unit: Comprises a load sensor, ｆframe, enclosure panels, jack (hydraulic cylinder), bearing plates, anchor plates, and anchorages. The anchor plates and anchorages are interchangeable depending on the number of strands being tested.
Control Cabinet: Consists of the control panel, motor pump, oil supply valve, return valve, shut-off valve, solenoid directional valve, electro-hydraulic servo proportional valve, piping, and oil tank. It primarily controls the activation, retraction, and stopping of the hydraulic cylinder (jack) piston, as well as pressure levels and speed.
