概述：
JF—3型氧指数测定仪，是根据国家标准GB/T2406规定的技术要求研制的新型号产品。该仪器是用来测定聚合物燃烧过程中所需要氧的体积百分比，聚合物氧指数值是在该物质引燃后，保持燃烧50mm长或燃烧时间为180s时所需要的氧、氮混合气流中，刚好维持试样燃烧所需的最低氧浓度（亦称氧指数）。氧指数测定仪.jpg

Overview

The JF-3 Digital Oxygen Index Tester is a new-generation instrument developed in accordance with the technical requirements of the national standard GB/T 2406. It is designed to determine the volume percentage of oxygen required for the combustion of polymeric materials. The oxygen index (OI) value represents the minimum oxygen concentration (expressed as a percentage) in an oxygen-nitrogen mixture that is just sufficient to maintain the combustion of a specimen after ignition, defined either when the flame propagates 50 mm along the specimen or after a combustion time of 180 seconds.

This instrument serves not only as a means to assess the flame retardancy of polymers but also as a valuable research tool for developing new flame-retardant ｆormulations and materials. It is suitable for testing the combustibility of solid materials, laminates, cellular plastics, textiles, films, and sheeting.

The instrument features a rational structural design, ease of operation, and straightforward maintenance.
