主要用途：

‌测定沥青的弗拉斯脆点‌：通过在规定条件下对涂覆沥青薄膜的金属片进行等速降温并周期性弯曲，观察其出现裂纹时的温度，该温度即为脆点；

‌评估沥青低温性能‌：脆点越低，表明沥青在低温下越不易开裂，抗裂性能越好；

‌质量控制与研发‌：广泛应用于道路施工、改性沥青研发、化工材料检测等领域，尤其适用于石油沥青、煤沥青、液体沥青蒸馏残留物及沥青乳液蒸发残留物等材料的检测。‌

执行标准：GB/T 4510、JTG 3410-2025/T 0613

结构特点：
1、本仪器为整体式，采用压缩机制冷；
2、风冷却，钢片的裂纹由高压检测器检测；
3、由微机控制微电机带动钢片弯曲，自动控制检测时间；
4、检测到后自动停止降温，并把脆点温度锁定。

Overview

The Asphalt Brittle Point Tester (also known as the Fraass Brittle Point Tester) is a specialized instrument used to determine the brittle point of asphalt materials—the critical temperature at which the material transitions from a plastic state to a brittle state under low-temperature conditions. This index is of great significance for evaluating the low-temperature crack resistance of asphalt.

Main Applications

Determine the Fraass brittle point of asphalt: By subjecting a ｍmbedl sheet coated with an asphalt film to constant-rate cooling and periodic bending under specified conditions, observe the temperature at which the first crack appears (this temperature is the brittle point).
Evaluate low-temperature perｆormance of asphalt: A lower brittle point indicates better crack resistance of asphalt at low temperatures (i.e., less prone to cracking).
Quality control and R&D: Widely used in road construction, modified asphalt R&D, chemical material testing, etc. Particularly suitable for testing materials such as petroleum asphalt, coal asphalt, distillation residues of liquid asphalt, and evaporation residues of asphalt emulsions.
