一、概述：该设备用于自动记录多组热量计内水泥胶砂温度的变化，计算热量计内积蓄和散失热量的总和，从而求得水泥水化7天、28天、75天内的水化热。软件自动采集温度值，可以绘制温度曲线、放热曲线、水化热曲线并可查询放热速率，最高可测75天水化热值（以时间间隔24小时显示），也可通过曲线图来查询任意时刻的水化热值及其积蓄总热量值，每一通道单独采集，互不干涉，操作方便。该系统对温度数据的采集、分析、结果计算已自动化，采样点密集且精度高，取代老式人工读数仪器,可用于水泥厂，科研部门，大专院校以及建筑工程部门，是检测“大坝水泥”“硅酸盐水泥”“矿渣硅酸盐水泥”“粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥”以及掺加外加剂等水泥水化热的设备,同时该设备还可以测定混凝土的水化放热值. Fully Automatic Cement Heat of Hydration Determinator (Direct Method)

I. Overview

This equipment is used to automatically record temperature changes in multiple calorimeters containing cement mortar, calculate the total sum of accumulated and dissipated heat within the calorimeters, and thereby determine the heat of hydration of cement within 7, 28, and 75 days. The software automatically collects temperature values, enabling the plotting of temperature curves, heat release curves, and heat of hydration curves, as well as querying the heat release rate. It can measure the heat of hydration up to 75 days (displayed at 24-hour intervals) and allows querying the heat of hydration value and total accumulated heat at any moment via the curve graph. Each channel collects data independently without interference, ensuring user-friendly operation.

The system has automated the collection, analysis, and result calculation of temperature data, featuring dense sampling points and high precision. It completely replaces old manual reading instruments and is applicable to cement plants, research departments, colleges and universities, and construction engineering departments. It serves as equipment for detecting the heat of hydration of cements such as "dam cement," "Portland cement," "slag Portland cement," "fly ash Portland cement," and cements with admixtures. Additionally, this equipment can also measure the heat release value of concrete hydration.
