主要功能及特点：

1大屏幕彩色触摸液晶屏显示，可以实时显示损失曲线和温度曲线。控制系统操作界面友好美观，具有中英双语显示。

2可关闭的数据自动存储和实验数据自动打印功能。

3自动控温，门锁状态检测，开门自动断电。

4带有主动式排烟系统。

5改进的箱体和结构，在连续工作时，外表温度低。

Product Overview

The Combustion Method Asphalt Content Analyzer complies with the technical requirements of JTG 3410-2025, American Standard ASTM D6307-98, and AASHTO T308-99. It enables continuous, accurate, safe, and reliable determination of asphalt content in asphalt mixtures, meeting the demands of large-volume continuous production at batch plants, highway supervision, and scientific research institutions.

Main Functions and Features

Equipped with a large-screen color touch LCD display, capable of real-time display of loss curves and temperature curves. The control system features a user-friendly and aesthetic operation interface with Chinese and English bilingual display.
Disableable automatic data storage and automatic printing of experimental data.
Automatic temperature control, door lock status detection, and automatic power-off when the door is opened.
Integrated with an active smoke exhaust system.
Improved housing and structure ensure low surface temperature during continuous operation.
Standard configuration includes an imported balance that supports internal calibration without disassembly.
Features 30 independent combustion program storage units, allowing different combustion programs to be saved for different mixtures. Parameters such as stop conditions, combustion temperature, aggregate coefficient, high-temperature duration, and high-temperature setting can be independently configured to meet testing requirements for various mixtures.
Stores 100 sets of test data, including complete inｆormation such as test results, experimental programs, and curve graphs, all viewable and printable. The well-developed humanized software enables users to quickly locate required records in historical data at any time.
Optional PC (USB 2.0) connectivity allows test parameter setup, testing, data storage, and report printing (including curve graphs) via PC software.
Equipped with an external HOST USB interface, enabling direct export of experimental data to a U disk via USB port, with support for direct viewing in Excel.
