沥青混合料万能试验机是我公司根据《公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程JTG E20-2011》研制的大型综合性沥青混合料试验系统。该设备采用了伺服传动系统，配合高精度高效率的机械传动系统和电控技术，可以在使用各种附件的情况下完成各种沥青混合料的力学实验。 SGDL-5364沥青混凝土万能试验机(1).jpg

设备由加载主机，控制柜，环境箱，循环水浴，电脑组成。加载主机采用伺服电机控制，传动平稳，速度变比范围大，运行噪音小等特点。控制柜由温度控制系统，主控制器，围压控制器组成，用以完成数据采集与控制，温度控制，围压数据的采集和控制等功能。环境箱为一个独立的可活动箱体，装有4 轮底脚，可以方便移动。环境箱带有制冷，加热，风循环，照明等功能，温度可以在-18~60℃之间任意设定。循环水浴采用工业压缩机组制冷系统，可以为试验提供 5-80℃之间的任意温度恒定的试验用水。外置的循环系统，用于在三轴压缩试验中保持压力舱温度。

Asphalt Mixture Universal Testing Machine

The Asphalt Mixture Universal Testing Machine is a large-scale comprehensive asphalt mixture testing system newly developed by our company in accordance with the latest Test Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering JTG E20-2011. Equipped with a servo drive system, combined with a high-precision and high-efficiency mechanical transmission system and electronic control technology, it can complete various mechanical experiments on asphalt mixtures when used with different accessories.

Equipment Composition

The device consists of a loading host, a control cabinet, an environmental chamber, a circulating water bath, and a computer.

Loading Host: Controlled by a servo motor, featuring smooth transmission, a wide range of speed variation ratios, low operating noise, etc.
Control Cabinet: Comprises a temperature control system, a main controller, and a confining pressure controller. It is used for functions such as data acquisition and control, temperature control, and acquisition and control of confining pressure data.
Environmental Chamber: An independent movable enclosure with a four-wheeled base for easy mobility. It is equipped with functions including refrigeration, heating, air circulation, and lighting. The temperature can be set arbitrarily between -18°C and 60°C.
Circulating Water Bath: Adopts an industrial compressor refrigeration system to provide constant-temperature test water at any temperature between 5°C and 80°C. An external circulation system is included to maintain the temperature of the pressure chamber during triaxial compression tests.
