产品优势与特点 ：

新型仪器采用7寸彩色触摸屏显示，操作方便，一目了然，自动屏保功能。采集、存储、计算等全部步骤单机即可完成，免去联机不稳定和断链接的烦恼。结果可以直接导到U盘，然后用PC的Excel打开。实验中也可导出当前试验的数据。并有断电记忆功能，试验中遇断电情况，来电后会自动进入未完成的试验。

灵巧耐用 由于我国的混凝土标准试样多为100*100*100mm的立方试块，与ASTM C1202标准所用的圆柱体试样不同，在使用该标准时多有不便，因此，本公司根据多年研究结果对ASTM C1202测试系统进行了多项改进，夹具设计既适合立方体也适合圆柱体混凝土试块，试样准备时间很短，经专业设计的独特密封圈，两种试件均可在不涂胶的状态下直接上机进行测试（常规表表面平滑试件，存在缺角及非粗糙面表的试件除外），试样夹具的电极采用耐腐电极，可长期使用。

DTL-T Chloride Ion Electric Flux Tester

Purpose

Used for durability design, production quality control, and project acceptance of various concrete projects such as marine engineering, hydraulic engineering, bridges, tunnels, industrial and civil buildings. It measures the electric flux value (C) passing through concrete specimens over 6 hours to determine the chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete, and can also evaluate the compactness of concrete.

Product Advantages and Features

New Instrument Design: Adopts a 7-inch color touchscreen display for convenient operation and clear visibility, with an automatic screen saver function. All steps including data acquisition, storage, and calculation can be completed by the single unit, eliminating the troubles of unstable online connections and disconnections. Results can be directly exported to a U disk and opened with Excel on a PC. Current test data can also be exported during the experiment. Equipped with a power-off memory function, it automatically resumes the unfinished test upon power restoration.

Compact and Durable: China's standard concrete specimens are mostly 100×100×100 mm cubic blocks, different from the cylindrical specimens used in ASTM C1202. To address inconveniences when applying this standard, our company has improved the ASTM C1202 testing system based on years of research. The fixture design is suitable for both cubic and cylindrical concrete specimens, with short specimen preparation time. A uniquely designed sealing ring allows both types of specimens to be tested directly on the machine without applying glue (except for specimens with smooth surfaces, missing corners, or non-rough surfaces). The electrodes in the specimen fixtures use corrosion-resistant electrodes for long-term use.
