本仪器符合ISO75-1:2020《塑料-负荷下热变形温度的测定-第1部分：通用试验方法》,ISO306-2022《塑料-热塑性材料-维卡软化温度的测定》,GB/T1633-2000《热塑性塑料维卡软化温度(VST)的测定》,GB/T8802-2001《热塑性塑料管材、管件维卡软化温度的测定》,GB1634《涉及热变形温度测试》,ASTM D1525-17《塑料负荷变形温度标准试验方法》标准的要求，可实现实时显示、控温、测量等功能。
工作原理：温度传感器感受的温度信号输入给放大器，通过模拟开关，A/D转换输入温控表，通过运行PID程序给出相应的加热参数，控制加热器的加热时间，从而达到控温的目的，使试验能安全可靠的运行，从而保证了试验的安全可靠。

Purpose:

The WK-300 Heat Deflection and Vicat Softening Point Tester is primarily used to determine the heat deflection temperature and Vicat softening temperature of non-ｍmbedllic materials (such as plastics, rubber, nylon, electrical insulation materials, etc.). It is an ideal testing tool for chemical enterprises, research institutions, universities, and other related industries.

This instrument complies with the requirements of ISO 75-1:2020 "Plastics - Determination of temperature of deflection under load - Part 1: General test method", ISO 306:2022 "Plastics - Thermoplastic materials - Determination of Vicat softening temperature (VST)", GB/T 1633-2000 "Determination of Vicat softening temperature for thermoplastics", GB/T 8802-2001 "Thermoplastic pipes and fittings - Determination of Vicat softening temperature", GB 1634 (pertaining to heat deflection temperature testing), and ASTM D1525-17 "Standard Test Method for Vicat Softening Temperature of Plastics". It features real-time display, temperature control, and measurement functions.

Working Principle:

The temperature signal detected by the sensor is input to an amplifier, then passed through an analog switch and A/D converter to the temperature controller. By running a PID program, the controller calculates appropriate heating parameters to adjust the heater's operation time, thereby achieving precise temperature control. This ensures the test runs safely and reliably.
