HHDS-II新标准沥青路面渗水仪

一、用途：

沥青路面渗水仪用于测定沥青混合料试件的渗水系数，以检验沥青混合料的配合比设计。产品符合中华人民共和国强制性行业标准JTG 3410-2025《公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程》中T0730-2025沥青混合料渗水试验要求。 2025新标准路面渗水仪(1).png

二、结构特点：

1、沥青路面渗水仪：半自动式；

2、上部透明有机玻璃量筒，容积600mL，上有刻度，在100mL及500mL处有粗标线，分辨率2mL；

3、下部为透明有机玻璃筒，通过不锈钢材质的连接座与上部相接，通过固定座固定在底座上；

4、底座采用不锈钢材质，下方开口内径150mm、外径220mm,上方中部有一个出水孔，直径为25mm±2mm；

5、渗水仪内部设置一个活塞，底部为橡胶塞，外径稍大于出水孔孔径；

6、渗水仪内部设置一个液位传感器，其与外部显示器连接，试验时显示器实时显示液面高度和渗水系数。

HHDS-II New Standard Asphalt Pavement Permeability Meter

I. Purpose

The asphalt pavement permeability meter is used to determine the permeability coefficient of asphalt mixture specimens, thereby verifying the mix proportion design of the asphalt mixture. The product complies with the requirements of T0730-2025 Asphalt Mixture Permeability Test specified in JTG 3410-2025 Test Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering(China's mandatory industry standard).

II. Structural Features

Type: Semi-automatic asphalt pavement permeability meter.
Upper section: Transparent acrylic cylinder with a capacity of 600 mL, marked with scales. Coarse calibration lines are provided at 100 mL and 500 mL, with a resolution of 2 mL.
Lower section: Transparent acrylic cylinder connected to the upper section via a stainless steel connecting base, and fixed to the base through a fixing base.
Base: Made of stainless steel, with an inner diameter of 150 mm and outer diameter of 220 mm for the lower opening. A water outlet hole with a diameter of 25 mm ± 2 mm is located in the middle of the upper part.
Internal piston: Equipped with a piston inside; the bottom is a rubber plug with an outer diameter slightly larger than the water outlet hole diameter.
Liquid level sensor: An internal liquid level sensor is installed, connected to an external display. During testing, the display shows real-time liquid level height and permeability coefficient.
