产品概述：

KDR-V5混凝土快速冻融试验机采用水冻水融法，符合外观要求为100*100*400的混凝土试件的抗冻融试验，一次可放置试件5组（16件含一个中心试件）。试验时试件被放置在试验橡胶筒中，橡胶筒中装有水，橡胶筒又被放在装有防冻液的试件箱中，靠机组对防冻液的制冷或加热来使橡胶筒中的试件冻结、融化，从而完成冻融试验。

该设备在整个运行当中为全自动运行，无需人为干预，当试验完成至设定（默认50次）次数后会自动停机，并发出提示音提示试验完成，若需继续试验可累加设定次数然后继续运行。

特点:

1、压缩机功率小，3P进口压缩制冷。不管是放在室内还是室外，噪音小；

2、加热不采用加热管，功率小。加热管长期浸泡在防冻液里，容易导电等现象，影响加热寿命；

3、一体机，实验室挪动方便；

4、环保，低噪音省电，机身小巧不占地。

试验参数：

冻融循环周期2.5~4小时，融化时间不小于1/4冻融周期，冻结终了时试件中心温度-18±2℃融化，融化终了时试件中心温度5±2℃，降温时间1.5-2.5小时，升温时间1.0-1.5小时，试件中心与表面的温差小于28℃，循环次数标准为300多次。

Product Overview

The KDR-V5 Concrete Rapid Freezing-Thawing Testing Machine adopts the water freezing-water thawing method and is designed for freeze-thaw resistance testing of concrete specimens with an appearance size of 100×100×400 mm. It can hold 5 groups (16 specimens in total, including 1 center specimen) per test run.

During testing, specimens are placed in rubber cylinders filled with water. The rubber cylinders are then positioned in the specimen box containing antifreeze solution. The machine controls the refrigeration or heating of the antifreeze solution to freeze and thaw the specimens in the rubber cylinders, completing the freeze-thaw cycle.

The device operates fully automatically—no manual intervention is required. After reaching the preset number of cycles (default: 50), it will shut down automatically and sound an alarm. Users can accumulate additional cycles and continue testing if needed.
