Product Overview

The KDR-V5 concrete rapid freeze-thaw tester adopts the water-freezing and water-thawing method, designed for freeze-thaw tests on concrete specimens with a nominal size of 100×100×400 mm. It can hold 5 groups of specimens (16 pieces in total, including one central specimen) per test cycle. During testing, specimens are placed in rubber cylinders filled with water, and these cylinders are submerged in a specimen chamber containing antifreeze solution. The freezing and thawing of specimens are achieved by controlling the refrigeration or heating of the antifreeze solution via the unit.

The equipment operates fully automatically without manual intervention. After completing the preset number of cycles (default: 50 cycles), it will automatically shut down and emit a prompt tone. If additional cycles are required, the user can incrementally set the cycle count and resume operation.
