一、概述：

全自动低温冻融试验箱是完全按照国标GB/T 50082-2009《普通混凝土长期性能和耐久性能试验方法》、GB/T 2542-2012《砌墙砖试验方法》、GB/T4111-2013《混凝土砌块和砖试验方法》、GB/T 3810.12-2007《陶瓷砖抗冻性的测定》中所提试验条件而设计；同时还可以按照用户的要求完成部分不低于-30℃的低温试验。建材冻融试验箱1.jpg

二、结构：

全自动低温冻融试验装置由制冷系统、控制系统及注水系统三大部分组成。本设备采用立体结构，彩色触摸屏控制，曲线显示，配备232接口，可连接电脑查看实时变化，方便数据上传；全部采用了优质钢材，内胆水箱和储水箱完全采用优质的不锈钢板，整体结构坚固，材料经过防锈处理，耐腐蚀性能好，主机采用进口全封闭制冷机组具有占地面积小使用方便和功耗小的优点。冷凝器是采用紫铜管制作的传热性能好。设备的启动、延时保持、停止都由仪表自动控制使用安全可靠。该设备具有高自动化、高效率、不进行任何调整和监视，自动完成0-999次冻融循环。

I. Overview

The fully automatic low-temperature freeze-thaw test chamber is designed in strict accordance with the test conditions specified in national standards such as GB/T 50082-2009 Test Methods for Long-Term Perｆormance and Durability of Ordinary Concrete, GB/T 2542-2012 Test Methods for Brick Masonry, GB/T 4111-2013 Test Methods for Concrete Blocks and Bricks, and GB/T 3810.12-2007 Determination of Frost Resistance of Ceramic Tiles. Additionally, it can perｆorm low-temperature tests not lower than -30℃ as required by users.

II. Structure

The automatic low-temperature freeze-thaw test device consists of three major systems: refrigeration, control, and water injection. This equipment adopts a three-dimensional structure with color touch screen control, curve display, and an RS-232 interface for real-time monitoring and data upload via computer connection. All components are made of high-quality steel, with the inner tank, water tank, and storage tank fabricated from premium stainless steel plates. The overall structure is robust, featuring anti-rust treatment and excellent corrosion resistance. The host is equipped with an imported fully enclosed refrigeration unit, which boasts a small footprint, ease of use, and low power consumption. The condenser, made of purple copper tubes, ensures superior heat transfer perｆormance. The device is automatically controlled by instruments for start-up, delay hold, and shutdown, ensuring safe and reliable operation. With high automation and efficiency, it automatically completes 0-999 freeze-thaw cycles without requiring manual adjustments or monitoring.
