简介：水泥比长仪主要用于测定水泥胶砂试块件各龄期的干缩率和膨胀水泥各龄期的膨胀率。用本仪器作为水泥干缩试验或测量膨胀率、自应力值时，均需采用两端装有球形顶头的标准试件以及相应的成型养护方法。仪器应在无震动环境中，在橡皮垫上平稳安放，试验室的室温应控制在17-25℃为佳，每次试验安放试件前，应将试件两端的顶头表面擦净，同时用稍湿棉纱细团擦净仪器的上、下支承面（指下支承孔及触头孔），以免沙粒落入，影响测量精度。然后校对百分表的零点（可用手指轻击表面玻璃定表针位置）。读数时可将试件稍移动，使试件顶头与仪器的上、下支承面正确接触，测量应精确至0.01毫米或0.001毫米。如指针出现摆动时，可取摆动范围内的平均读数。仪器如长期不用，则应在擦净表面后，在非镀面上一层薄机油并用塑料膜盖罩，以防锈蚀。数显比长仪 (1)(1).jpg

Digital Display Cement Length Comparator

I. Introduction:

The digital display cement length comparator is primarily used to measure the drying shrinkage of cement mortar specimens at various ages and the expansion rate of expansive cement over different curing periods. When using this instrument for cement drying shrinkage tests or measuring expansion rates/autogenous stress values, standard specimens with spherical end caps at both ends and corresponding molding/curing methods are required.

The instrument must be placed stably on a rubber pad in a vibration-free environment. Ideally, the laboratory room temperature should be controlled between 17–25℃. Before each test, clean the surfaces of the specimen’s end caps and use a slightly damp cotton ball to wipe the instrument’s upper/lower support surfaces (including the lower support hole and contact hole)—this prevents sand particles from entering and compromising measurement accuracy. Next, calibrate the zero point of the dial gauge (tap the surface glass gently with a finger to set the pointer).

When taking readings, slightly adjust the specimen to ensure proper contact between its end caps and the instrument’s support surfaces. Measurements are accurate to 0.01mm or 0.001mm. If the pointer oscillates, record the average value within the oscillation range. For long-term storage: clean the surface, apply a thin ｌayer of machine oil to non-plated areas, and cover with plastic film to prevent rusting.
